Legal Assistance

LIBOR's Legal Assistance Committee oversees the Legal Assistance Program and assesses eligibility for financial assistance from LIBOR's Legal Assistance Fund. LIBOR Members may apply to the Legal Assistance Program for financial assistance to cover legal fees, costs, and expenditures in specific instances that meet certain criteria established by the LIBOR Board of Directors.

LIBOR is partnering with the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) to utilize their Legal Hotline.

Members of LIBOR should now call
518-43-NYSAR (518-436-9727) with any legal questions.

The Legal Hotline, a free member benefit, is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and during official NYSAR functions.
