This comprehensive course aims to provide real estate professionals with a deep understanding of agency law and its practical implications for different types of agency agreements.
Students will gain a solid foundation in the principles of agency law, exploring the roles and responsibilities of agents, principals, and third parties. The course will delve into the various agency agreements commonly used, including buyer's agency, seller's agency, dual agency, and subagency.

If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
