Please be reminded that if you schedule a showing, you are only permitted to show the property during that scheduled date and time. Further, only the REALTOR® who is scheduled to show the property may show the property.
Showing the property at an unscheduled time or date, or by an unscheduled REALTOR® may be considered a violation of the Code of Ethics, Article 3, Standard of Practice, 3-9: “REALTORS® shall not provide access to listed property on terms other than those established by the owner or the seller.”
Additionally, showing a property at an unscheduled time may be deemed trespassing and subject the REALTOR® and their client to criminal charges.
