Before contacting the Legal Support Center, members should have their LIBOR Member ID available, and all callers must provide their name and Member ID in order to verify membership. The Legal Support Center will not answer questions from any caller who is not a LIBOR member.
Members should also formulate clear questions and be ready to provide all relevant information related to their question. LIBOR will take no independent action to establish that the information provided by the member is accurate, and all questions are presumed to be hypothetical.
