The Legal Support Center can be reached at 631-661-4800 x335, and is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Callers leaving a message must leave their name, phone number and LIBOR Member ID Number, and should allow up to two business days for a return call. 

Before contacting the Legal Support Center, members should have their LIBOR Member ID available, and all callers must provide their name and Member ID in order to verify membership.  The Legal Support Center will not answer questions from any caller who is not a LIBOR member. 

 Members should also formulate clear questions and be ready to provide all relevant information related to their question.  LIBOR will take no independent action to establish that the information provided by the member is accurate, and all questions are presumed to be hypothetical.  Answers will be based only on caller information.

Yes.  The Legal Support Center cannot answer any questions on matters that are unrelated to real estate or that are the subject of litigation, investigation or a Code of Ethics or Arbitration claim.
