Title : MLS Customer Service FAQ

Q. What is a Coming Soon listing, and can the property be shown while it is in the Coming Soon status?

A. Coming Soon status indicates there is a signed Listing Agreement and the owners have requested, in writing, that the property not yet be shown until the “On Market Date”. The property may not be shown by anyone, including agents within the listing office until that date. Appointments may be made and open houses scheduled for AFTER the “On Market Date”.

Q: If I have made an error when entering the listing price, what can I do so it does not appear as a price change on Stratus?

A: You should email DataEntry@lirealtor.com so they can do a special edit for you; this way the Last Status Change will still appear as New.

Note: Please use care when entering all price fields to make sure that you are not adding or omitting any numbers.
