Title : OneKey® MLS Rule #712 Regarding Photos on IDX and Deletion of Photos

To safeguard the privacy of our home buyers and in response to a significant increase of complaints from them requesting we remove interior photos from online displays for their new home.

Upon a property closing, all IDX subscribers and 3^rd party vendors are permitted to only display the front exterior photo on their public-facing websites/portals.

The full complement of photos originally uploaded will remain in the Matrix and Stratus databases to support our members for their use in preparing reports and comparable evaluations.

On Closed listings, only the primary (first) photograph may be displayed. (Effective March 17, 2021)

At times some photos were deleted to protect the privacy of the buyers and sellers. Now that these photos will no longer be published the following rule was added to keep all photos in the system for use by our members.

309.5 Once a listing is no longer Active, other than Coming Soon or Temporarily Off the Market listings, photos may not be deleted.
