Title : OneKey® MLS Updates Policies: Compensation Mentions Prohibited Starting August 8

As you know, OneKey® MLS updated its policies and practices in alignment with the NAR Settlement. This includes a prohibition against mention of compensation in OneKey® MLS which became effective August 8, 2024. Compensation fields have been removed from the MLS. Agents with listings that mention compensation in free-form fields such as Agent Remarks must manually remove that verbiage. Listings that contain mention of compensation as of August 8 will be subject to removal of that information and a compliance notice.
