All properties not available to be shown must be moved to Temporarily Off the Market, Withdrawn, or Cancelled status.
This includes listings that are “acceptable offers, no more showings”. If this is the case, the listing needs to be changed to TOM (Temporarily Off Market), and once it proceeds to contract it is changed to Pending. If the deal falls through it would go to BOM (Back on Market).
Please make sure you are updating your listings accordingly. Not doing so, will lead to an automatic fine.
