This course is a follow up to the popular “Success with 203(k) Financing” enjoyed by 100s of agents and will hopefully give you too, that “yeah, you can do that” knowledge to Reinvent the deal by:
• Expanding your clients searches to more affordable “fixer-uppers” and TLC properties.
• Opening up REO inventory that was once only available to “cash only” buyers
• Learn how to attract more buyers to your listings with a “yeah you can do that” vision
• Learn how to close on homes with some title issues or violations…”yeah, you can do that”
• Work with not only owner-occupied sales, but also second homes and Investors
This course will teach you exactly how these powerful programs work. Including:
• Structuring purchase scenarios including renovation funds, with as little as 3.5% down
• Defining exactly what an “As-repaired” appraisal is and creating future value to the home
• Defining the long list of allowable renovations under each program
• Learning how you can close on problematic homes in their “as-is” condition
• Working with contractors, cost estimates, architects, expediters and more
• Real life case studies of successful transactions

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
