Laura   Copersino

Laura Copersino has been active in the Queens and Long Island residential real estate markets since 2003 as a full-time real estate licensee, she possesses an in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics, and the challenges agents encounter in the field as well as with buyers and sellers.

In 2008, Laura became a New York State Certified Real Estate Instructor and has been teaching at the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) since then. She has taught various New York State Licensing Courses, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics, and New Agent Orientation, additionally, she has authored and instructs several New York State continuing education courses.

Laura's leadership within the real estate community is noteworthy. She served as President of LIBOR in 2015 and was a member of its Board of Directors from 2006 to 2019. She also held the position of Regional Vice President for the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) from 2017 to 2018 and has been a NYSAR director since 2010, contributing to various committees, including the Education Committee. Furthermore, Laura was a National Association of REALTORS® Director from 2010 to 2018.

Her teaching style is engaging and direct, ensuring that complex concepts are easily understood and applicable. Laura is passionate about equipping agents with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their real estate careers, ultimately enhancing the service provided to both sellers and buyers.
