Take a CORE Course with LIBOR!

Effective July 1, 2021, the "grandfather clause," which exempts licensees from taking continued education, has been eliminated. ALL licensees needing to renew their sales, associate broker or brokers license, must complete 22.5 hours of NYS CE credit before the expiration date on their license. Within the 22.5 hours, all licensees are required to complete 7.5 hours of CORE curriculum (3 hours of fair housing, 2.5 hours of ethical business practices,1 hour of agency law, 1 hour legal update). 

LIBOR offers all you need in a one day CORE course and your remaining 15 hours can be taken on any topic approved for NYS CE credit that you find of interest!
