LIBOR Releases Fair Housing Resources for People With Disabilities

LIBOR is excited to launch a new phase in our Home For All Of Us fair housing campaign, this time helping to ensure people with disabilities can choose the place they make their home.

We want to ensure that REALTORS®, property owners, real estate brokers and property managers understand their legal obligation to ensure people with disabilities have access to housing. To help you understand and follow the law, we have added a new section to our Home For All Of Us website to answer your top questions on how to serve people with disabilities.

Your clients can access these resources to ensure they do their part to deliver on the fair housing commitment. We are also providing additional REALTOR® resources to ensure your business operations comply with laws like the Americans with Disabilities Act.

We will be sharing these materials with government officials, community groups and others to further demonstrate the REALTOR® commitment to fair housing. We will also keep you up to date on any legal changes or enforcement/monitoring efforts to ensure you can deliver on the fair housing promise.
