Queens State of the Borough Address: "Housing Is The Goal"

LIBOR CEO Doreen Spagnuolo and LIBOR Government Affairs Director Kevin Brady proudly attended Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, Jr.'s 2024 State of the Borough Address at the Queens Theatre in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Hosted by Deputy Borough President Ebony Young, LIBOR applauded Richards' support for thousands of new affordable housing units and new homeownership options in America's most diverse county: including 3 mega examples in Creedmoor's redevelopment, the new Arverne East in the Rockaways, and Willets Point I & II – with thousands of affordable units included as part of the new all-electric, privately-financed NYFCC soccer stadium  just approved by the New York City Council last week.
