2025/2026 LIBOR Committee Applications are Now Open

Whether you are just starting a real estate career or are a seasoned real estate veteran, getting involved can be an important part of your success. Volunteering for Committees provides you with the opportunity to share your ideas and experiences, and network with industry professionals.

Your participation on Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) committees next year will not only help guide your association with important decisions impacting REALTORS® throughout Long Island but also determine the future of the real estate industry.

Committee service offers valuable insights into industry challenges and the benefits of being part of the REALTOR® community. It's a rewarding opportunity both personally and professionally, to foster connections and friendships with colleagues across Long Island.

Please complete the online application to be considered for a 2025/2026 committee appointment. 

Appointments to all committees, except those specifically noted in the bylaws, are made by the President and subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors.

Appointments to all LIBOR Committees other than the Budget and Finance and Credential Review Committee shall be for a two (2) year term.  

To be eligible to serve on any LIBOR Committee, members must have completed the NAR Course titled “Fairhaven".
