Pride Has A Home Here: LIBOR Joins New Queens Pride, Babylon Village Pride

As part of LIBOR's commitment to fair housing for all and embracing DEI initiatives that are good for both members' business and the communities we serve, LIBOR officially joined LGBTQ+ Pride marches for the first time this year!

At Sunday's New Queens Pride, LIBOR President Kevin Leatherman and two dozen LIBOR members and association staff marched with LIBOR's banner along 37^th Avenue in Jackson Heights under the theme "Pride Has A Home Here." WCBS-2 TV served as a media sponsor of Queens Pride and covered the festivities.

This past Tuesday, Government Affairs Director Kevin Brady represented LIBOR at Borough President Donovan Richards, Jr.'s (D) annual Pride Month Kickoff & Flag Raising at Queens Borough Hall. Alongside community activists and business leaders from across America's most diverse county, LIBOR highlighted its members' commitment to serving all consumers with dignity, fairness, and respect.
