LIBOR Announces Newly Elected 2025/26 Board of Directors

Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is pleased to announce the newly elected 2025/26 At-Large Board of Directors.

Voting took place online on September 12, 2024, and election results were announced at LIBOR’s Virtual General Membership Meeting, held simultaneously. A total of eleven 11 At-Large Directors were elected to 2-year terms.

Board of Director applications opened in March, and the Credential Review Committee reviewed all candidates for the At-Large Director position to ensure they met the minimum criteria outlined in the LIBOR Bylaws and Policies and Procedures manual.

LIBOR’s Board of Directors comprises twenty-seven (27) At-Large Directors and four (4) members of the Executive Committee; all of whom are members of LIBOR.

The Elected Directors At-Large 2025/26:

Tiffany Balanoff, Gina Marie Bettenhauser, Lydia Bueso Roman, Christine Dickson, Michael Galicia, Susan Helsinger, Connor Nolan, Angela Prince, Paige Ryan, Charlotte Vanderwaag, Natasha Williams

Mark Donnelly will serve as the 2024 LIBOR President.

2025 LIBOR Officers as elected by the Board of Directors of LIBOR on June 26, 2024:
President-Elect, Rao A. Shaan Khan, Secretary/Treasurer, Yvette Clark Watkins, and Kevin Leatherman will also serve on the Executive Committee as immediate Past President.

The following At-Large Directors will be in the second year of their 2-year term for 2025:

Zoila Alonzo, Matthew Arnold, Rob Choudhury, Frederic “Rick” Greene, Renee Hughes, David Legaz, Stephan Mahabir, Janay Malloy, Christina Mathieson, Eyston Perez, Ruth Pfeffer, Mary Alice Ruppert, Yoshinori Takita

Our dedicated team of elected volunteer leaders will meet regularly to strategize on the most effective ways to invest member resources in pursuit of our association's goals. They are committed to ensuring that the voices and values of our members are at the forefront of every decision.

The 2025 Board of Directors will be officially welcomed during LIBOR’s Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony this January. Join us in celebrating this exciting new chapter!
