Support Hurricane Helene Victims: Donate to the REALTORS® Relief Foundation

Dear Members:

Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is joining forces with NAR's REALTORS® Relief Foundation to help victims of

Hurricane Helene, the second deadliest hurricane in the last 50 years, which left a devastating path of death and destruction.

Since 2001 the REALTORS® Relief Foundation has distributed over $50 Million Dollars to the victims of 9/11 terrorist attacks and natural disasters in over 43 states and US territories. Almost $11 Million, or 20% of the TOTAL aid ever distributed by the REALTORS® Relief Foundation, has come right back to help our communities in NY (including a $500,000 RRF grant to aid the victims of the Hudson Valley flooding in 2023). LIBOR has consistently supported the REALTORS® Relief Foundation in response to catastrophic disasters, assisting victims with their housing needs nationwide.

Sadly, only 42 out of over 65,000 NY REALTORS® contributed to the REALTORS® Relief Foundation in 2023. Let’s show that NY REALTORS® can give as good as we can get.
