LIBOR’s Leadership Academy proudly welcomes the Class of 2025 as they embark on their year-long journey through this immersive program. Established in 2023, the academy is designed to identify, prepare, and inspire emerging leaders for volunteer leadership roles within LIBOR and the broader community.
Class of 2025
Class Dean: Christine Dickson
The first session kicked off with an inspiring welcome from LIBOR CEO Doreen Spagnuolo, followed by an in-depth presentation, Introduction to the Association, led by key LIBOR staff. This session provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of LIBOR’s operations, laying a strong foundation for their leadership development.
Throughout the program, participants will collaborate on team-based projects and attend key LIBOR events, including the Annual Education Conference and Congressional Coffee Talk. These experiences will provide direct engagement with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) advocacy team and elected officials as they discuss federal REALTOR® issues and key policies shaping the industry at local, state, and national levels.
Along with broadening their industry knowledge, participants will enhance their communication and public speaking skills, gaining valuable insights from industry experts to fully realize their leadership potential.
Each Leadership Academy class is guided by a Class Dean, serving as a mentor and resource throughout the year. This year’s Class Dean, Christine Dickson, brings extensive experience as a LIBOR, NYSAR, and NAR Board of Directors member. As a graduate of LIBOR’s inaugural Leadership Academy, Christine is eager to share her expertise and insights with the Class of 2025.
We look forward to an exciting year ahead, equipping participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become effective leaders within LIBOR and beyond.
