Nominations are Now Open for 2025 REALTOR® Awards

Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is now accepting 2025 LIBOR Awards program nominations. LIBOR is proud to celebrate members who are experts in their fields, advocates in their communities, leaders amongst their peers, and champions of the advancement of the real estate profession.

Annually, LIBOR recognizes the accomplishments and service of select members and presents awards of excellence in the following categories:

REALTOR® of the Year
REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed upon a LIBOR REALTOR® and is presented annually to a member who demonstrates exemplary commitment to the real estate industry. This prestigious award recognizes an individual who has made outstanding contributions through tireless dedication to the principles of integrity, ethical conduct, and professional excellence. This individual demonstrates high principles of integrity, adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and furtherance of the principles of the REALTOR® organization and professionalism. The recipient actively supports initiatives that positively impact LIBOR members and the community, embodying the values and leadership that inspire others in the profession. 

REALTOR® Affiliate of the Year
REALTOR® Affiliate of the Year award recognizes one LIBOR Affiliate member annually who provides outstanding service to LIBOR and has a positive, professional impact on the real estate industry.

Lifetime Achievement Award
The Lifetime Achievement Award is a distinguished honor presented annually to a REALTOR® who has made a profound and lasting impact on the association and the real estate profession. This prestigious recognition celebrates an individual whose unwavering dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence have significantly shaped the industry. Through exceptional service, teamwork, and community involvement, these esteemed professionals serve as icons and trailblazers, inspiring future generations and leaving an enduring legacy within the real estate community.

REALTOR® Spirit Award
REALTOR® Spirit Award recognizes one REALTOR® annually who has made an extraordinary impact on their community, or the national or world stage, through volunteer work, charitable efforts, youth-related or other activities that demonstrate outstanding commitment to community service. One winner will receive a $5,000 grant for their community cause.

Now is the time to get noticed. Take a moment to consider nominating yourself, or someone you may know that is truly deserving of one of these awards.
