LIBOR Announces CEO Transition

Jun 15, 2023

It is with a heavy heart that we report that Tessa Hultz has tendered her resignation as CEO of Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) to take some well-deserved downtime. LIBOR’s Board of Directors has accepted Tessa’s resignation and has appointed LIBOR General Counsel Doreen Spagnuolo as interim CEO while a search for a highly qualified successor is conducted. Tessa has offered to assist LIBOR in ensuring a smooth transition.

Since her appointment as CEO in 2019, Tessa has helped LIBOR face many challenges and opportunities, and to emerge as a better, stronger organization. We wish Tessa the very best in her future endeavors and we look forward to continuing to serve the needs of our REALTOR® Members and ensure the future of real property for all.
