Charles is currently finishing up a masters in real estate development at NYU which has helping his transition into large commercial development.

Charles has recently been featured in LIBN, Newsday, and other online publications highlighting his success and unconventional thinking.  Charles has built a number of internal businesses to support his growth such as a construction company, permit/drafting company, cabinet company, and property management company.
