Long Island Board of REALTORS® Honors Evelyn Fasulo with 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award

REALTOR® Evelyn Fasulo was named the recipient of the 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award by Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR). The award was presented at the Association’s annual Installation and Awards Event held on January 4, 2024, at Garden City Hotel in Garden City, NY.

LIBOR’s Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes one REALTOR® annually who has made significant contributions to the association and real estate profession through leadership, teamwork, and community involvement. These industry leaders serve as icons in the real estate community.

Fasulo embarked on her illustrious real estate career in 1986 and has been a member of LIBOR since 1990. She is presently an associate broker at Howard Hanna Coach in East Norwich, NY. Fasulo has attained distinguished CBR and CIREC real estate designations.

Fasulo’s volunteer journey with LIBOR began in 1994 when she became a member of the Grievance Committee. This marked the onset of her commitment to advancing REALTOR® professionalism and supporting members in adhering to National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics. By 1996, she assumed roles as a member of the Professional Standards Committee and Mediation Officer, duties she continuously fulfills to the present day.

Fasulo’s leadership roles have been prominent and impactful, having served as President of LIBOR’s Nassau North Shore Chapter, Vice President of Women’s Council of Long Island, and a valued member of the board of directors of LIBOR’s Commercial Division.

Fasulo's influence extends beyond the local association; she has served as a member of New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) Board of Directors and on numerous committees to contribute her expertise to the industry's statewide landscape.

Notably, she is a current member of the RPAC President’s Circle demonstrating her ongoing commitment to industry excellence and advocacy.

In addition to her real estate licensure, Fasulo is a notary public and a certified rescue scuba diver.
