Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) has named REALTOR® Natasha Williams as its 2023 REALTOR® Spirit Award recipient, in recognition of her dedication to her community and exceptional efforts in creating the nonprofit organization, Impactful Lives.
The REALTOR® Spirit Award recognizes a remarkable member who has made an extraordinary impact on their community through selfless and dedicated volunteer work. LIBOR gifts the organization through which the honoree volunteers time and talents a $5,000 donation.
Williams has committed herself wholeheartedly to spearheading Impactful Lives, a community-based initiative confronting the profound inequities experienced by unhoused young mothers. These disparities span critical areas such as reproductive justice, economic insecurity, youth development, education attainment, and food insecurity.
This self-funded nonprofit, of which she is the founder and president, employs a tailored, holistic approach to empower these mothers through mentorship, career guidance, and essential provisions, fostering their transformation into thriving contributors to society.
Williams, a seasoned youth educator, and business strategist, brings over 15 years of finance experience, shaping groundbreaking marketing strategies for Fortune 100 companies and coaching nationwide sales teams to her current role as real estate broker of Cornelius Group in Bohemia, NY.
Her passion for empowering young adults through financial literacy and real estate led her to found a company dedicated to their financial well-being, making her a sought-after speaker for educational institutions and nonprofits, advocating for homeownership and financial literacy.
William's journey is marked by unwavering commitment and family support of her loving husband, son, and daughter. Her expertise and dedication to community impact solidify her as a transformative figure in business and social spheres alike.
